What is the difference between the Subscription & Wine Club?
Duckhorn Direct is an opportunity to have our more ready-to-drink style wines delivered to your door, when you want them! The Wine Club features quarterly shipments of our most rare, limited and age-worthy wines that are perfect for aging. Wine Club Members also have access to complimentary shipping and preferred pricing on case purchases and events, and other tasting room benefits.
Is it less expensive to join Duckhorn Direct?
You decide! We’ve selected several of our favorite ready-to-drink styles that are also pocketbook friendly. Choose the wine styles you prefer, how many bottles you want and control how frequently you receive them. The average shipment is $125 for mixed reds or pinots or $85 for white wines. The Wine Club shipments average $250-$300, depending on the membership. You have total flexibility!
What if I want to change the bottles? Or add more?
It’s easy to do! You can set and forget or modify each order when your reminder email is sent. We’ll include new releases as an option, too.
What if I need to skip or cancel a shipment?
We make it simple. If you wish to cancel or skip a shipment, please reach out to our Customer Service team at (866)367-9945 or customerservice@duckhorn.com. You can also fill out a request online by submitting the request through the membership section in your account.
