Event Tickets

We are committed to providing a world-class event experience for all guests visiting our properties. Nothing is more important to us than your safety. In light of recent events, we have adjusted our event ticket cancellation policies for upcoming event tickets and are working with customers to adjust plans as needed. 

For All Tickets Purchased Before March 1, 2020

To provide you with flexibility for your travel plans, we're offering the following options to choose what best fits your needs. 

  • Apply ticket purchase to another upcoming event*. If you select this option, you may change your RSVP to a future event. We will apply the value of your tickets to another onsite Duckhorn Portfolio event. 
  • Apply the ticket purchase to a wine purchase instead*. You may apply the value of your tickets towards the purchase of a wine order for your favorite Duckhorn Portfolio wines.

*Please note, a difference in ticket price may apply and we will either refund or charge the change in price accordingly.

Conditions & Restrictions
Available to customers with an Original Ticket Issue Date before March 1, 2020. Any difference in price between your original ticket and the new ticket will be adjusted accordingly during re-booking.
