1. Air pop, microwave or oil pop 1 cup of popcorn in to a large bowl.
2. In a sauce pan over low heat slowly melt the butter. Once fully melted add grape seed oil chopped parsley and truffle salt.
3. Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the popcorn and mix in with spatula.
4. Using a microplane grate a healthy amount of cheese into popcorn and butter mixture and incorporate.
5. Portion into bags or small serving dishes.
