1. Combine all cocktail sause ingredients in bowl and whisk, chill and serve when ready.
2. Fill a pot 3/4 of the way with water. Add all the shrimp spices into the water and bring to a boil.
2. Cook the shrimp for 4 to 5 minutes in the boiling water, Remove with tongues and place in ice water until cold, about 3 minutes.
