- For marinade, in a large glass bowl combine all the ingredients except the meat and vegetables. Whisk together until incorporated.
- Skewer the meat onto the wooden skewers. Skewer the vegetables onto the wooden skewers. I like to do meat and vegetables on separate skewers but you can mix them if you wish.
- Brush each skewer liberally with marinade and let rest on counter for 30 minutes.
- Heat grill on medium high heat. When heated place skewers on grill and cook for 8-10 minutes turning as needed, or cook until desired doneness.
