1. For marinade, in a large glass bowl combine all the ingredients except the meat and vegetables. Whisk together until incorporated.
2. Skewer the meat onto the wooden skewers. Skewer the vegetables onto the wooden skewers. I like to do meat and vegetables on separate skewers but you can mix them if you wish.
3. Brush each skewer liberally with marinade and let rest on counter for 30 minutes.
4. Heat grill on medium high heat. When heated place skewers on grill and cook for 8-10 minutes turning as needed, or cook until desired doneness.
