Taking its name from the French term for “the foothills,” Les Collines Vineyard is recognized as one of Washington’s premier winegrowing sites. Planted in 2001, the vineyard features deep, silty soils and dramatic day and nighttime temperature swings - factors that contribute to the complexity of its wines. Grown on the steep, west-facing slope of a prized high-elevation block, this dark and impressively structured Cabernet Sauvignon offers luxurious layers of blackberry, black cherry and cocoa, underscored by robust mineral-and-earth-driven tannins.
