Winemaker Notes
The aromas are layered and complex with elements of peach, citrus peel, crème fraîche, dried apricot and honeysuckle. The soft, rich entry is balanced by bright acidity, which adds poise and definition. On the finish, flavors of crème brûlée and stone fruits showcase this wine’s depth and freshness.

The 2011 growing season was one of the coolest in memory. While unusual spring weather resulted in a smaller crop, the cool season was near perfect for developing pure, intense varietal flavors in our white grapes. The long, temperate growing season allowed the grapes to develop slowly with excellent natural acidity, before the October rains.
